Possible rising damp on outer walls in Darnall

Job description:The outer walls that meet the driveway are showing signs of damp (cracking paint, lifting wallpaper). I suspect it's something to do with the run off from the driveway but it might just be a simple remedy. Either way, I need a damp specialist to come and check it out and fix it! It's about a 20 metre length of wall, stone construction with plaster in the internal walls.
