Job description:In order for our Mortgage company to agree to the loan amount they insist the "surveyor" approves the report. THe first submitted report was not detailed enough and now we need a damp proofer to be available as soon as possible to assess the work needed to rid the house of damp and provide us this week with a report. We specifically need a detailed report on the sub floor level where the damp is particularly bad in the cellar and in the timbers.
