Job description:We are in the process of buying this property and based on the surveyer's report we would like quotes to resolve the following problems: Dampness is affecting the ground floor walls possibly due to the breakdown of the damp course and potentially choked cavities. The full extent of the problem needs to be investigated and a quote for repairs provided. Additionally some horizontal cracking to the orginal cavity walls suggests that the metal ties have deteriorated and may need replacement. A quote for this work is also required.
