Job description:Damp proof treatment required on approx 8m sq of wall. This will require removal of plasterwork. Possible re plastering depending on quote also. And I suspect that the damage has been caused by leakage in the slate roofing on the kitchen extension. Therefore roofing dismantling and reafixing required too. These jobs may be done by separate traders. However it will be more desirable if the same company did all the work. I'm not sure on the costing of the work, thats why I'm asking for quotes! My estimation of £500 is based on approx 1 and a half days work for a skilled tradesman. Can you help?
