Job description:I have an issue with my downstairs walls, 1 room is really bad, paint bubbleing, plaster crumbling off, its like rust coming through my walls. The walls get quite wet.. there is no air brick so im not sure if its a condensation issue but i need it sorting. Its wet round my sockets (which i have had to have 3 sockets switched off due to water)
