Job description:Uplift Floorboards 1m from front and rear walls full width of room 10â??3, cut back joists to sound timber and remove wall plate. Wall plates will be laid on PVC DPC to provide protection from the external masonary. Install 16 no. Ex-50x150mm joist ends, new timbers to be bolted to the existing using M12 bolts, 50mm sq. plate washers and double sided toothed timber connectors New joist ends in contact with the masonary will be protected witha pvc dpc. install new 27mm T&G floorboards to exposed areas. New and adjacent timbers to be treated with a fungicidal/insecticidal spray. remove debris from site. room is 14â??3 X 10â??3
