Job description:We have a 3 story house with a conservatory attached to the ground floor. Since it was put up we have suffered from a wind whistling noise on occasions and it now appears that we have penetrating damp appearing on the wall in our lounge. The thought is that this may be due to cutting into the wall when the conservatory was put up or perhaps poor flashing on the outside wall. I need someone to confirm the diagnosis by checking the wall, find the place where the rain has got in and seal it up please.
