Job description:Significant damp patches are visible internally, on the front wall of the property below the parapet. Origin and period of neglect uncertain as the maisonette was recently purchased after a long term as a rental property. Both cause and damage need to be investigated and treatment/repairs undertaken. Visual inspection has identified patchwork repairs to roofing felt which like the concrete tiles seems to be approaching the end of its life. A more enduring gutter might be a necessary investment and combined with replacing the roof.
