Penetrative & Rising Damp Problem in Millwall

Job description:I am looking for someone to identity and fix the root cause of the penetrative damp problem and also to give there thoughts on some minor damp. The Penetrative damp is my main concern. There are no visible leaks from gutters, pipes etc. The property is a 1900 end of terrace. It is the outside corner wall that has the damp. I am looking to not just cover up the problem but find the source and rectify it. Pictures are attached.
