Insulate an internal double garage in Colehill West

Job description:The ceiling and possibly garage doors of my internal double garage need insulating/ draft proofing. This will involve battoning out, below exisiting plasterboard ceiling, inserting insulation and probably plaster boarding over the garage ceiling. There are 2 simple wired light fittings to move. Effective draftproofing of the gargae doors would also be useful.
