Water leak detection in hallway / possible repair in Clewer East

Job description:I have a possible water leak within my property that has caused a section of a wood block floor under the fitted carpet in my hallway to swell and buckle up. I have removed this section of the floor but there is no obvious sign of water just a smell of dampness and some mould. There may be central heating pipes under the concrete floor. I am seeking someone wih appropriate leak detection equipment who could diagnose the cause of the problem. I have no idea how much this might cost but may be able to recover on insurance
