Small area of rising damp to be rectified in Park

Job description:A small area of rising damp in my house needs to be investigated and remedial work carried out. I suspect the damp is due to local failure of the DPC. I imagine the job isn't a big one but a small amount of re-plastering on top of the rectification is obviously also required.
