Job description:build and paint portable soundproofing panels or screens to cover loft room French windows.(Roughly 178 X 11icm twice. Windows start 23 cm from the floor) Walls are already sound proofed and windows are double glazed with heavy curtains , but neighbour still concerned about sound from drum kit.
