Job description:The middle room (with a concrete sub floor) in a mid terrace has damp problems. We've installed a damp proof membrane and re-laid the concrete floor, and the chimney breast has been treated before plastering. However there is still a small patch in the corner of the outside wall and also running down the shared wall with next door. We've fixed the leaking guttering and repointed the wall. Worried that next doors damp injection stuff has shifted the damp our way. Can't think of what to do now.
