Job description:Timber treatment contractor required to undertake timber inspection on a proposed house purchase in Escrick. Property surveyors report has highlighted that there is evidence of woodboring insect infestation affecting timbers in garage. Survey recommends that a timber treatment contractor should carry out full investigation of ALL timbers throughout the WHOLE property to identify the full extent of the problem and the necessary repairs required together with an estimate of the cost. 4 bed detached house built approximately 1960s. Please supply a quote for the inspection.
