Dismantle/rebuild stone wall to house in Betws Y Coed

Job description:Crack in wall extends 3 storeys and has a bulge in it. Structural survey suggests no further movement. Wall needs dismantling and rebuilding so it is vertical again using existing stone and lime mortar. The windows and internal wooden lintols will be changed during this repair work but will be quoted for seperately. I am in the final stages of purchasing this property depending on the various repair costs. In addition I need 2 more walls raking/re-pointing with lime mortar ( not red sand/cement )
