Repoint 1800's house gable end with lime mortar in Butterknowle

Job description:Just bought an 1800's house and the survey revealed that the gable end needs repointing with lime mortar. I'm looking for quotes as to how much it will cost per square metre as I'm not sure of the total area although it's not a large house. I would estimate probably about 50-60 square metres.
