Job description:Existing 12 Foot shared sandstone boundary wall has suffered over the years from general deterioration of existing lime mortar pointing on both sides as well as being undermined on one side by tree roots. Offending trees have been removed but tree roots are still in situ. Wall is bulging and cracking where tree roots have undermined. Shared wall is approx. 30 meters long. Most of the wall appears to be still sound both structurally and pointing. The site lies on a steep hill so one side of the wall is about 12 feet high with the other only 4 feet high.
