Cracks in exterior of building need repair. in Redland

Job description:Georgian house converted into 4 flats. ground floor flat has noticed some of the cracks are allowing damp penetration and require repair their is no subsidance or ground movement just old cracks needing repair.Ive noticed most of this while recently replacing my double glazing. Please ask for further info if required. The building is bath stone with an external render.
