Job description:1. Removal of a modern, textured paint finish from the front elevation of a two-storey, bay-fronted, victorian terraced property. The elevation consists of limestone ashlar masonry and measures circa 30m2 not including deductions for windows (bay window and front door at ground level plus two further windows at first floor level). 2. Making good of masonry will be required once paintwork has been removed.
