Job description:1. Removal of modern textured paint from the front elevation of a two-storey, bay-fronted victorian terraced property. The elevation measures circa 30m2 not taking account of deductions for windows and the front door. 2. Masonry to be made good as required following removal of paint.The stonework beneath the paint is most probably limestone ashlar as per the houses on either side.
