Repair and repoint damaged stonework in Whitehall

Job description:The rear of my mid terraced stone property requires repair and repointing. The exterior has previously been rendered due to new windows and doors being added to the kitchen. Most of the render has now been removed due to it becoming dangerous. I would like to return the exterior to as near to its original state as possible. It will require sandblasting also. The back door requires the installation of a lintel above to support some replacement brickwork. There may be a requirement to install some cladding over some brickwork which has been put in place when the alterations were made, or to replace this brickwork with stone. There is a dmaged area to be repaired where the boiler flue has been installed. Pointing is also required to the party wall in the back yard along with some minor repair work to the stone steps and some flagstones. If it can be included in this job, I would also like to have the downpipes and soil pipe replaced with black plastic fittings. I intend to hire in scaffolding separately as there are other jobs to be done also.
