Job description:The sandstone between the windows in one room is becoming very weathered on one side and is crumbling away. The affected area is just over a metre in length and can be accessed from inside the flat (i.e. no scaffolding required). I think all it needs is to be patched up so that it doesn't further deteriorate. It's a small job.
