Replace rotting sandstone 3rd floor tenement flat in Leith Walk

Job description:Some of the sandstone around the windows, front and back needs replacing as it's rotting away. At the back of the flat there is only one sandstone window divide but it has rotted right through to the inside. At the front there is only one bay window and it isn't too bad, though all window surrounds are sandstone and should be checked. I haven't spoken to any other tennents, though I suppose it is possible other flats may need doing too
