Repointing stonework (2nd floor flat) in Meadows Morningside

Job description:I think it is repointing required - but I'm not sure - there is water leakage into the flat when rain and high winds combine. I don't think this is a large job - but it is likely to require a cherrypicker. I do have an exterior photo of the bay window where the leakage is occurring.
