New patio and some paving in Little Sutton

Job description:currently have decking at rear of property, want to replace it with a patio with step from French doors. paving to side of property needs replacing front has a double drive and small lawned area with a small raised bed, want to replace lawn with paving for low maintenance. Would also appreciate some advice on garden design for low maintenance.
