Job description:There is water ingress through the side wall and ceiling at the garden level property which appears to be coming from the communal steps which lead to the front door at 27. This is a listed townhouse with 3 properties at the main door 27 and a garden level property with its own access at 27A. We require a stonemason who can quote and attend to work as soon as possible to avoid further damage internally at 27A. The owner at 27A is available to give internal access for quotation purposes on Wednesday 25th March, in the early afternoon.
