Job description:third floor flat of glasgow tenament is leaking due to missing mortar from around bay window area of flat; insurance surveyor believes it possible to repair from inside the flat using harnassing, rather than erecting scaffolding. All materials would need to be provided. Fairly small area of stonework, very roughly 8' x 4'
