Job description:spray grass area to kill and suppress weeds, cut down clothes poles to below ground level, excavate and prepare paving area to min depth 200mm - 150mm below dpc level to prevent future rising damp, trip edges, supply and lay 600x600mm hydraulic paving on wet sand, cement base and pointed (ratio 1:4) both ways at 8-15mm with wet sand, cement mortar mix to area of approx 36sqm, supply and set 12m of 200mm flattop grey edging fixing in position with concrete haunching to form edge restraint for the paving area and small flower beds. supply and install 4 spar rotary dryer.
