Job description:We require a recess in the chimney so we can insert a range. We also need the flag floor lifting and damp proof and insulation to be laid. The floor then to be made level and the walls to have a damp proof course and then plastered. We have stripped the kitchen back to the stone walls, had the electrics and plumbing done.
