Stone/granite small pet memorial for garden in Shadwell

Job description:to make 2 pet memorials from granite or stone, pebble like and about 12" x 6" ish to lay in the garden, so must be durable. ideally to have one name on that wont fade with weather, or perhaps to have a name chiselled out? Not a big job but all the same important to us. Thankyou.
