Fit a Cat Flap to an external wall in Brooklands

Job description:I would like a cat flap fitting to the external wall by my front door. The flap would need to fitted approx 1 - 1.5ft from the floor as the other side of the wall is where the stairs are internally. The wall is brick, about 1ft in thickness and I think is cavity insulated. I will source a cat flat suitable for brick installation with tunnel attachments. I just don't have any skill with knocking through brickwork without messing it up! I also need to know that the work can effectively be undone at some point in the future should I ever leave this property.
