Job description:We are buying a house in Oakham and have had a survey which has brought up a few issues. If the vendor doesn't do the work then we need a quote to get it done when we move in. The upper courses of the stonework of one chimney are loose and the pointing needs redoing. Some pointing on external walls need redoing. (the building is made of stone). We have no idea how much this will cost us.
