Stone feature required for front of house in Dobcross

Job description:recently had a round window removed from front of house, the window was bricked up in the same natural stone as the rest of the house leaving feature of the circle in the original wall but it just dosent look right, i am concidering putting a window back even though there is now a wall be hind it, or i wondered if the circle could be made into a feature with stone the circle is about 3ft across any ideas ?
