Job description:Excavate current ground to dig out pond (approx 40 square foot). Pond wall and adjoining raised flower bed wall to be constructed in rendered breeze blocks with teak on top. Lay York stone patio next to pond and flower bed. Knock down existing brick walls and construct new walls, to drop down to lawn from patio area. Entire patio area approx 70 square foot.
