Need to extend driveway for additional parking - restricted access in Millbrook

Job description:house is terrace of three. road is to side of house with single track drive in front of all three houses, our house is furthest from the road. We want to make the hardstanding in front of the house wider so that two cars can park abrest in front of the house. Need to extend drive over part of garden (which slopes downwards from house) and then tarmac over the top.
