Job description:200 year old yorkstone staircase treads and noses require honing and sealing. Also bottom tread requires cutting into a radius arc. Two bottom treads require a 'handsawn' effect finish to match existing. Staircase is located in lower ground floor flat in Grade 2 listed building. There are 16 treads. Photos available.
