Job description:We have a sunken hot-tub which has been installed in a rather tight hole and at a level where the water table rises in winter and destroys the windings on the motor. The tub needs extracting from this hole, the motor needs repairing and then a new-base needs to be built in the hole raising the hot-tub by at least a foot so that its out of the water table next winter. The tub then needs lowering back into the hole, and re-commissioning.
