Bathroom to be tiled in Harborne

Job description:It is to tile a bathroom that has previously been tiled. I did try and get plastered before hand but was recommended not to waste my money if I was only to tile over. It is 24square meters (not taking out the bath, sink, toilet and door space) I have white tiles, which recommend 44tiles per square meter.
