Install Under Floor Heating Matt & Tile Floor 26sqm in Clayton Le Dale

Job description:Looking to install approx 23 - 25 sqm 100 watt underfloor heating mat & then tile with 600mm x 600mm porcelain tiles to a living & dining area total 26m2. Job will involve installation of backer boards prior to heating matts and some levelling of floor may be required. Sub floor is concrete but has slightly dropped in one back corner approx 5m2 hence the levelling required. In addition would also be looking to tile a porch and hallway but with no heating in these areas approx 5m2 in total. Again same tiles. All materials (adhesive, levelling compond, heating mat, backing boards, tiles & grout probably to be supplied by ourselves once job correctly measured up.
