Job description:I need approx 11m2 bathroom wall tiling plus 5m2 enclosed shower cubicle tiling - removal and replacement. New tiles 40cm x 25cm. The work is driven by a possible leak from the shower pipework behind tiles in shower which needs tracing and repair - hence the need to replace tiles. Propose to fit a new shower tray and shower door too. To finish the room, 4.5 m2 floor tiles also need to be replaced. 30cm x 30cm. Simple design, minimum cuts, but may need sink and toilet removing depending on skill and experience of tiler. Need to co-ordinate tiling with plumbing repair services either from a skilled plumber / tiler or separate plumber. Labour only - materials supplied by customer.
