Job description:1. Lay ceramic floor tiles to existing concrete floor - approximate total area 9m2. Fix cover strip between kitchen and laminate floor to lounge door threshold. Tile under kitchen plinths including cutting plinths as necessary. Grouting tiles with black grout. 2. Lay vinyl 'planks' to stairs including 2 nr quarter landings and full length landing at first floor. Remove rotten chipboard to both quarter landings and replace with 18mm thick exterior quality ply. Suggest/fit possible finish to nosings? 3. Sundy other joinery items if capable?
