Bathroom walls & floor to be tiled. Work to be done in Jan 08 in Ashley Down

Job description:We have a bathroom which needs the exisitng tiles removed first off the walls, (theres only vynil on the floor) and then the new tiles put onto the walls with grout etc. and the tiles put onto the floor, after we have replaced the bath and sanitary ware. We anticipate the floor will require boarding putting down before hand to make it secure. The room is 370cm by 180cm, it has a door and large window which I am yet to measure. We dont want all walls tilled floor to ceiling, just the area around the bath and wall behind loo and sink. We would supply the tiles, and would like the work to be done January 2008
