Job description:to tile bathroom walls and floor room size approx 7ftx5ft7ins, floor 5fx5ft5ins, old tiles and skirting boards will be removed by myself. the wall tiles to be used are 25x40cm floor tiles are 8inchx8inch could you do two quotes one with supplying tile adhesive,grout and sealer for both floor and walls and one quote for just tiling,if it makes a difference I will be paying cash on completion. thank you
