Kitchen To lay floor in kitcken to include removing exsisting floor & cutting plinths down. 2.Hallway Take up existing quarry tiles & relatex with flexable latex.Lay new floor tiles 300mmx300mm to include sealing tiles. Remove existing skirtings & install new tiled skirting, leaving existing architrave in place. Under floor heating
