2 bathrooms need re-tiled in Chesterton

Job description:I have moved in to a new property that has 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are tiled using floor tiles, but these have not been tiled flush to the ceiling, there approximately an inch gap between the top of the tiles and the ceiling that has been grouted. The builder has offered to put coving up to hide the grout, but I do not think that this is the right thing to do and I want the situation remedied by a responsible tiler.
