Crack in tile & previous bad grout/application causes bad leak which is running out under skirting. in Withnell

Job description:After the shower has been on, water seepes from under the skirting board of the wall behind the shower. We have just had this wall re-plastered but it will be getting damp again due to the amount of water trapped under the shower from this leaking. Some lower tiles need replacing or re-grouting as they seem loose, and 1 tile behind the shower unit has cracked which may also be adding to the problem. I have replacement tiles. Quote for work required please.
