Job description:Downstairs bathroom needs re-tile all walls fully. Client to supply big white tiles. Remove existing pink toilet and basin and remove from site. Fit new toilet and basin in same place as old,plus new taps for basin and existing cast-iron bath (which will be re-sprayed when tiling and plumbing work complete.) Customer has ordered "Sorrano" toilet and wall mounted basin from Homebase. (And Taps) Delivery expected within 28 days. Existing toilet has stop cock and upstairs bathroom has had new stop cocks fitted so might not need draining down for sink and bath--not sure!
