Tile bathroom floor, 2.45m x 1.30m in Lobley Hill and Bensham

Job description:Tile bathroom floor 2.45m x 2.3m. Tiles are 45cm square. The walls are already tiled but the skirting boards were left on. We would like the skirting boards removed and the area tiled with the same tile as the walls. We have all the tiles. It would be helpful but not essential if you could also remove and replace the waterproof sealant around the bath. Again, we have a white b&q bath panel which needs fitting. It would be helpful but not essential that this be fitted.
