Job description:Cruden built new property, with leak in ensuite caused by faulty cistern connection leak now repaired. Tile floor lifting. S/B cruden who have admitted liability, unable to complete job themselves. require old floor tiles and plywood lifting and floor treating , boarding and retiling. Invoice direct to James Lang Cruden properties Glasgow for cost of tiles and work carried out etc.
